Overview

Grey Fox Pottery is looking to add an enthusiastic and focused full-time individual to our team. We value people with good communication skills and an eye for detail. Ceramics or production experience is not required but is a plus. We are a busy production pottery studio creating hundreds of mugs every day. You need to like to be active, and also have the attention span to glaze, load, and unload a lot of mugs every day. If you like to work with your hands and create things, this may be the job for you.

Responsibilities

  • Glaze, load, and unload mugs and contribute to daily production goals
  • Handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, crouch, and balance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb
  • Fine dexterity of the hands for detailed clay work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a team and respond to feedback

    • Pay, Schedule, and Benefits

  • Pay starts at $17.70 / hr
  • Hours are 8 : 00am–4 : 30pm, Monday–Friday, full-time position
  • PTO starts accruing immediately, 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
  • Company sponsored IRA program
  • Paid holidays
  • Yearly performance reviews and merit raises

    • Our probationary training period is 60 days. By six months we expect team members to be fully proficient in their department and contributing towards production goals.

    We have a creative group of people who love working together and we're ready to add someone to our team that would enjoy making handmade mugs with us!
