Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to manage accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and oversee internal and external financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

Develop and manage budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and monitor financial performance

Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, CPA preferred

Experience building processes from the ground up; startup experience strongly preferred

Manufacturing / Supply Chain experience is a plus

Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in financial and accounting software, with familiarity in systems like Quickbooks, NetSuite, or SAP
