Job Description

The Superintendent's responsibilities include :

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
• Manage on-site inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and reports of construction activities.
• Foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently.
