We are looking for a talented Assembly Line 11, 12 Production Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in OshKosh, WI.

Job Summary :

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

• Ensure Safety : By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you'll help maintain a safe work environment.
• Report Incidents : Promptly reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will contribute to a proactive safety culture.
• Compliance : Adhering to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations ensures that all safety and environmental guidelines are met.
• Use PPE : Consistently using appropriate personal protective equipment will protect you and your colleagues from potential hazards.
• Promote Team Safety : By looking out for one another and promoting interdependence, you'll foster a supportive and safe workplace.
• Environmental Awareness : Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment will support sustainability efforts.
• Quality Control : Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures will help maintain high product standards and reduce costs.
