Experienced Construction Scheduler with advanced Primavera P6 skills to support our growing Pre-Construction team. This position plays a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules, supporting RFP efforts, and ensuring the seamless coordination of pre-construction activities.
What You’ll Do
Build, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, primarily during the pre-construction phase.
Support the RFP process by developing timelines and resource plans.
Work directly with multiple project managers to align schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
Conduct schedule analysis, critical path reviews, and “what-if” scenario planning.
Integrate risk management and earned value management (EVM) principles into project schedules.
Customize layouts, views, and reports in P6 to meet project needs.
Provide clear communication and professional correspondence across teams.
Collaborate in meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and transparency.
Occasionally travel to job sites (typically less than once per month).
T2H - remote opportunity in CO - Denver is corp office headquarters
$125-$135k salary or $60-$65 / hr
Minimum 4 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a related field.
Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM) — must be able to build complex schedules, manage dependencies, and perform resource leveling.
Strong understanding of :
Critical Path Method (CPM)
Schedule risk assessment and contingency planning
Earned Value Management (EVM)
Integration of P6 with other project management tools
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize large, complex schedules.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — must be able to present findings clearly and professionally.
Highly self-driven, organized, and resourceful — able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience mentoring or training others on P6 functionality is a plus.
