What You'll Do

• Provide after-hours presence, responding to minor disturbances, noise complaints, or security issues.
• Report suspicious activity to local law enforcement and property management.
• Conduct routine property checks and maintain a visible presence in common areas.
• Assist management with enforcing community policies and regulations.
