Job Description

Shipping Team Members are responsible for preparing customer orders for shipping, ensuring that customers receive properly packed, accurate orders in a timely manner. This includes pulling items from the warehouse, packing, and labeling boxes to be shipped. The Shipping Team is an important liaison between our business and our customers, making sure that customers have a pleasant unboxing experience with each order.

Compensation : $14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Picks products from warehouse inventory locations to fill orders on the master picking list.
• Uses a pallet jack to transport items from the warehouse to the shipping area.
• Assembles or reuses boxes needed.
• Packs outgoing packages correctly and accurately using packaging equipment.
• Prepares and pastes shipping labels with proper postage on boxes to be shipped.
• Orders packaging supplies as needed.
• Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas.
• Assists the warehouse with year-end and general inventory procedures.
• Cross-trains and participates in other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
