About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Sr PM) to lead complex construction projects from contract to completion. This role is responsible for managing project execution, financial performance, and team leadership while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Sr PM will serve as the key liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams, driving operational excellence and project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage assigned projects, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, schedule, and safety requirements
  • Collaborate with Preconstruction to develop requests for pricing packages (RFPs) and bid strategies
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules with input from the project team
  • Create and manage a schedule of values, ensuring accurate and timely billing to owners
  • Lead project forecasting and monthly financial reporting to leadership
  • Negotiate and finalize subcontracts, purchase orders, and pricing changes
  • Mentor and support PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers, fostering team development
  • Manage quality control plans, safety policies, and project close-out requirements
  • Facilitate OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings with professionalism and executive presence
  • Ensure all close-out documentation, punch lists, and billing are completed within contract requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or 4+ additional years of relevant experience)
  • Minimum 7+ years of construction management experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
  • Proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to foster trust and build strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift / push / pull 50+ lbs periodically
  • Able to stand / walk for extended periods and adapt to outdoor temperature fluctuations
  • Reliable, predictable attendance at job sites and office locations
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-driven environment
