TEK Industries is looking to hire an experienced Winch Truck Driver with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the company.

A Winch Truck Driver is responsible for loading, transporting, and offloading over-sized loads and equipment using a winch truck.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Safely travel to site; winch and secure load onto trailer
• Safely deliver secure load using winch
• Ensure load securing equipment is maintained properly
• Assist Crane Division as needed
• Attends and participates in safety meetings
• Understand and comply with company, customer, and health / safety policies, and any other regulations that are required
• Reports any and all incidents immediately
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Performs other duties as directed by management

This job operates in an outside environment. The role routinely works in all weather conditions, including but not limited to : extreme cold ,heat, wind, rain, etc.

This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work as job duties demand.
