Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Night Shift position requiring a MO or Compact RN license and pediatric specialty experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Pediatrics unit of a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30
  • Mandatory floating as required, including floating as a Patient Observer (Sitter) to any unit in the organization
  • Expected to work 50% of holidays during the assignment
  • Assignment length is 13 weeks
  • Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are eligible at a lower rate
  • Floating may include a variety of units as needed based on staffing demands
  • No re-orientation required if returning within 18 months with a minimum 9-month gap between assignments
  • All requested time off must be declared before starting the assignment

  • Active MO or Compact RN license required and must be in hand prior to consideration
  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience with at least 1 year of recent pediatric specialty experience
  • Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
