Night Shift Lab Technician (6PM–6AM | 2-2-3 Schedule)

Location : Cambria, WI.

Shift Premium : +$3.00 / hour | Extra PTO : 40 hours annually

What You’ll Do

As a Lab Technician on our night shift team, you will :

  • Perform granulation, viscosity, and microbiological testing to ensure product quality.
  • Follow cGMP and lab best practices to maintain a clean, compliant environment.
  • Manage multiple testing priorities with accuracy and urgency.
  • Take ownership of your work, contribute to a strong team culture, and continuously look for ways to improve.

What You Bring

  • Experience in a food testing lab or similar environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with cGMP and lab protocols
  • Experience with granulation and viscosity testing (preferred)
  • Microbiology background is a plus
  • Strong sense of ethics, initiative, and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and adaptability under pressure
