Compensation : $27.42 – $36.95 / hour (based on experience)

2–3 years : $29.89 / hr

6–7 years : $32.36 / hr

10+ years : $33.59 / hr

16+ years : $36.95 / hr

Shift Differentials : +$4.25 / hr (Nights, 12-hr) | +$3.00 / hr (Weekends)

Sign-On Bonus : $20,000

Qualifications

Required :

Florida-licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (or eligible).

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RRT experience.

Preferred :

CRT experience will be considered.

Strong background in acute care ventilation management.
