Practice Setting : Schedule Clinic Hours + Call, Outpatient & Inpatient

Credential Time Frame : 30 - 60 days.

Requirements :

• Board certified or truly board eligible
• Active unrestricted Texas license
• Clean background malpractice and NPDB
