Overview :
We’re looking for a Weekend On-Call RN
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 10 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM
- You’ll provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient’s family after normal business hours on an on-call basis
- You will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient.
- You will act as primary liaison between physician, patient / family and hospice team.
- You’ll evaluate patient / family needs and care for each patient
- You'll complete admissions and pronouncements
- You’ll maintain all assigned patient clinical records
About You :

Current RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain)1+ years of nursing experienceA hospice heart : compassionate, calm, and dependable in urgent care situationsExcellent clinical judgment and the ability to provide support in emotionally intense settingsComfortable providing care in patients’ homes, facilities, or wherever they resideValid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportationCurrent CPR certificationPreferred Experience (Not Required) :
1+ years of hospice, home health, oncology, or palliative care experienceFamiliarity with symptom management, triage, and after-hours home-based carePrior experience in on-call or overnight nursing rolesStrong documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) skillsWe Offer :
