A company is looking for a Customer Operations Manager / Senior Manager, Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Shape priorities with physical and digital customers to support business models

Manage day-to-day operational relationships and queries from customers

Project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop processes and tools

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in IT, Metadata, Supply Chain, or Operations environments

Experience managing projects with internal and external stakeholders

Strong analytical skills

Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams

Familiarity with data feeds such as API / XML (ONIX) is a plus
