What we are looking for

  • Contracts Associate to support our customers and collaborate with a team of high-impact problem solvers.

Responsibilities

  • Administer assigned contracts and subcontracts, including contract modifications, compliance monitoring, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations with existing or potential clients.
  • Review and edit current and future contracts to ensure accurate contractual rights and obligations; provide clear interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
  • Support Raft leadership with contractual rights, obligations, and compliance matters; recommend actions to resolve performance challenges.
  • Monitor contract performance through continual review to ensure terms and conditions are met and contracts comply with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and performance standards across all areas of responsibility.
  • Respond to external government requests, disputes, and requirements; facilitate dispute resolution between prime and subcontractors; support contract closeouts and contract diligence for group / corporate transactions.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate pre-award contractual agreements, including NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and MOUs.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across internal departments including Billing, Finance, Subcontracts, Pricing, and Compliance.
  • Qualifications

  • Highly preferred : 2+ years of professional experience in contracts administration within a government contracting environment.
  • Experience supporting or managing subcontracts.
  • Experience with various contract types including T&M, LH, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP-LOE, and FFP.
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations.
  • Go-getter with a Get Stuff Done (GSD) mentality.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 : Word, Excel, and related applications.
  • Experience with Unanet or similar contract management systems.
  • Clearance Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

  • Salary Range

  • $90,000 - $120,000
  • The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate\'s comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities.
