job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManaging accounts payable using accounting software and other programs Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors Managing credit card bills and payments, as well as employee expense reports Analyzing workflow processes Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures Processing due invoices for payments Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts The experience we are looking for : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years) Minimum 3 years experience handling Account Payables and Receivables Experience with QuickBooks (preferably QuickBooks Enterprise) Candidates with prior production experience and / or familiarity with event production terminology will be shown preference We offer an excellent benefits package including : Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Roth IRA Holidays and Paid Time Off Salary Range : $58,000 - $62,500 Sound Investment has become one of the fastest growing event solutions companies in the country.
