OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. At its core, it’s the heart of rehabilitation. Be part of a compassionate team committed to helping patients get back what matters most...Being able to return to their life! You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations, seeing 6-8 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doctorate or Masters of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
  • Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Collaborative, team building personality style
  • Servant leader mindset
  • Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
