Sales Coordinator
Our client, an Automotive Manufacturing company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator for their Coppell, TX / Hybrid location. Responsibilities include :
- Facilitating, coaching and consulting with dealers to ensure monthly / yearly sales objectives are met as well as accomplishing other dealership goals
- Managing dealer compliance of client programs and administering client policies and procedures
- Assisting in implementing dealer level digital marketing and advertising campaigns
- Working to improve retail website performance and increase lead generating activities
- Analyzing dealer sales, local market conditions (sales, registration data, dealer effectiveness, lost sales) and competition to identify specific sales opportunities
- Conducting sales and training activities including remote contact customer meetings monthly
- Knowledge of all client products, services, customer demographics or profiles, and competitive automotive makes and models
- Assisting in dealer and customer problem resolution
- Coaching dealer on customer retention, satisfaction and dealership loyalty
