What You'll Contribute

The Quality Practice Manager will leverage specialized plan-of-care interventions and serve as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys and work with our technology to impact patient wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with practices and departmental leaders to achieve the objectives of the Practice Performance department.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interface with practice staff and subject matter experts.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with provider groups and act as primary contact for assigned providers and practices.
• Present onboarding education and training clearly and concisely.
• Analyze performance reports and scorecards; implement Equality Health technology.
• Work with Practice Managers, Directors, and Executive team to identify provider issues and escalate to develop and implement resolution.
• Ensure collection and maintenance of contracts and provider / practice information. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in developing, implementing, monitoring contract goals and activities.
• Deliver operational reports to practices / providers and engage in one-on-one discussions regarding current performance.
• Support new business growth by identifying opportunities to develop primary care and / or specialist leads to close gaps in network services and access.

Schedule

Full time, Exempt. Monday through Friday with the possibility of some remote work.

More About Our Team

Memorial Physician Practices work with insurers to maximize quality incentive programs. The role supports quality incentive dollars and aims to increase volumes in PCP visits, colonoscopies, cervical cancer screenings, and mammograms. The manager collaborates with practices to achieve objectives through education and support activities, maintaining practice / provider relationships and delivering HEDIS, STARS, and RAF training and contract performance monitoring.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience within the healthcare industry; preferably with healthcare network operations and / or practice management.
