Vice President Consulting Services (Nashville)

Z. Wilson Talent Solutions has been engaged by a client to identify a transformative executive leader to establish and scale a world-class Epic consulting practice . This role will work remotely from anywhere in the US with occasional travel and is designed for a visionary professional who can bring both strategic insight and operational discipline to one of healthcares most critical technology platforms.

The selected leader will not only define the direction of the practice but also shape how healthcare organizations nationwide plan, implement, and optimize their Epic systems. By providing strategic guidance, operational leadership, and technical expertise , this executive will serve as the bridge between clinical, operational, and technology teamsensuring Epic solutions deliver measurable improvements in patient care, financial performance, and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an Epic consulting division, creating service offerings, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Oversee end-to-end Epic implementations, ensuring alignment between revenue cycle, clinical, and IT teams.
• Develop roadmaps, manage resources, and guide change management efforts.
• Mentor and lead consultants, project managers, and analysts through the Epic lifecycle.
• Provide executive-level advisory services on optimization, governance, and digital health strategy.
• Partner with business development to identify growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
