We're now looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their craft and enjoys being part of a team that works hard, has fun, and shares in success.

What the Role Looks Like Day to Day

No two days are exactly alike. Some mornings you might be responding to resident service requests-repairing an appliance or troubleshooting a light fixture. Other times you'll be focused on preparing apartments for new move-ins, ensuring each home looks its very best. You'll also play a key role in keeping our shared spaces and grounds safe, tidy, and welcoming for everyone.

Key Contributions You'll Make

Provide responsive, courteous service to residents who need repairs or assistance.

Handle general building maintenance inside and out, from small fixes to preventative care.

Support the "curb appeal" of the community by keeping exteriors neat and model units show-ready.

Turn vacant apartments quickly and efficiently, including lock changes and final touch-ups.

Keep tools and parts organized so projects run smoothly and safely.

Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
