Senior Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Sr. Automation Engineer to work remotely anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development and execution of capital automation projects

Align internal and external teams to support annual capital plans

Partner with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project execution within budget

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or industrial engineering (ABET accredited preferred)

5+ years of project management experience in multi-unit operations, preferably in automation

Understanding of drawing practices and ability to use CAD

Advanced knowledge of processing packaging and facility systems in food manufacturing

Familiarity with USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and local agency requirements
