Base pay

Responsibilities

• Create and revise complex technical documentation for company products, including product descriptions, functional descriptions, operating procedures, fault isolation, maintenance and repair procedures, illustrated parts breakdown (IPB), and other technical material.
• Ensure documents meet customer requirements, government specifications, engineering standards, and language usage principles.
• Research and consult with engineering staff to develop and revise documentation; analyze engineering drawings and data to translate into clear materials.
• Assist in validating procedures, evaluate illustrations / graphics, and request / approve new or revised visuals as needed.
• Contribute to project scoping by providing input on time and cost estimates; assist with overall design of technical documentation formats and styles.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and practices; uphold safety objectives and policies.
