Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) | 100% Outpatient | Patient-Centered Model of Care

A well-established independent primary care practice in Shallotte, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our collaborative healthcare team. Our practice follows the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model of care — providing coordinated, comprehensive, and preventive healthcare that focuses on long-term patient relationships and whole-person wellness. We pride ourselves on offering compassionate, high-quality medical services to patients of all ages in a modern, supportive environment.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, 100% outpatient family medicine role
