As Customer Service Rep III, you will be :

• Answer telephone call inquiries and promote an organization's product or services. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Providing customer service within a call centre environment, demonstrating technical proficiency with iPhones and Mac products, and effectively communicating with clients. Responsibilities also include managing support tickets and addressing issues raised by flight attendants.
