State Licensed Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join its expanding Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts including SaaS, partnership, and vendor agreements

Collaborate with partner channel teams to facilitate and negotiate deals

Provide legal advice to sales and cross-functional teams on legal issues and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in a commercial in-house role at a technology company

Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts using standardized processes

Ability to support sales and partner teams while managing legal risks

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Juris Doctorate and a relevant license to practice law in good standing
