Key Responsibilities
Investigates and resolves issues related to technology software products or applications
Designs, verifies, documents, and modifies technology software product configurations for deployment
Develops and executes test plans and collaborates across teams for comprehensive test coverage
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant experience
No supervisory experience required
Preferred : Bachelor's Degree
Preferred : 5-10 years of relevant experience
