Job Description

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years CVOR Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role focuses on providing specialized support in cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) settings, ensuring critical procedures run smoothly and efficiently. It requires a strong background in nursing with CVOR technical skills, capable of handling high-pressure surgical environments with precision.

Qualifications and Desired Experience :

Nursing experience with a focus on cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) technology.
Ability to respond rapidly and efficiently to on-call duties with a 30-minute response time.
Experience working extended shifts and managing weekend mitments.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with surgical teams.

Responsibilities :

Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures by preparing and maintaining necessary equipment and supplies.

Monitor patient vitals and surgical environments to ensure safety and pliance.

Respond promptly to on-call assignments during both weekdays and weekends.

Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols and sterile techniques.

Support the flow of the operating room by preparing for scheduled cases and handling any unexpected events efficiently.

Schedule and Hours :

Day shifts from 06 : 15 to 18 : 45.

Two shifts every other weekend.

On-call duties totaling 12 hours on weekends and 20 hours on weekdays within a 4-week period.
