A company is looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
Process service requests such as adding / removing vehicles and drivers
Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and make necessary changes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a call center environment
Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
Passion for helping others
Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting
Availability to work specified hours including weekends
