LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, will consider busy Level II - no travel teams with Cath Lab RNs no local rates, 50 mile radius rule - Unit : Cath Lab - # beds : 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid (does both vascular & cardiac cases) - Certs : BLS, must also be certified, if tech, they must have ARRT that can scrub! MUST have AZ license MRTBE CRT - Cases : 10-25 cases per day. - EMR : Cerner and Xper - Charge Nurse : Yes - Nurse Aides : Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Must have 2 yrs Cath Lab experience. Cover Endo and CVOR. - Weekend Requirement : Call - 8-12 days per month - Holidays : Work into rotation. - Scrub Color : Provided - Tele : Phillips - Vents : NA - IV Team : No - RT 24 / 7 : Yes - Pharmacy 24 / 7 : Yes - Shifts : per job posting - Call : Call - 8-12 days per month - Floor specific orientation : 2 days on job. - Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement. - Additional Notes : 30 minute response time. Use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
