Patient Accounts Team Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Accounts Supervisor to join our team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high performance and professional development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal procedures
- Daily / weekly Performance Reports
- Assist with Production Manager duties including but not limited to : interviewing, scheduling and performance reviews
- Handles complex requests such as escalated calls
- Holds production meetings to review job status, metrics, workflow issues, and roadblocks
- Serves as a member of the organizations overall success by contributing, supporting and improving recovery, patient satisfaction and team morale
- Monthly contract meetings
- Interviewing / staffing
Skills and Qualifications :
