What Youll Do

Lead and inspire the preconstruction teammentoring, motivating, and driving performance excellence.

Own the front end of the project lifecyclefrom feasibility studies and budgeting to handoff with operations.

Collaborate with design, engineering, and business development teams to align project goals with client expectations.

Refine and streamline processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in modular construction planning.

Oversee estimating and budgeting , ensuring competitive pricing and cost-saving strategies without sacrificing quality.

Develop and manage preconstruction schedules , coordinating design milestones, permitting, and production timelines.

Communicate directly with clients providing updates, addressing feedback, and building long-term partnerships.

Support seamless project transitions , ensuring all documentation, pricing, and schedules are ready for execution.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience managing preconstruction or estimating within modular or affordable housing projects.
• Deep understanding of modular building systems, sequencing, and cost structures .
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at juggling multiple projects at once.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
