Latitude Legal is seeking an experienced M&A Partner (10+ years) to join a San Diego-based firm on a fully remote, permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney to plug into a thriving full-service platform while maintaining full autonomy over their practice. Known for its deep bench and collaborative team structure, the firm offers high-level support across a wide range of legal disciplines, allowing partners to focus on what they do best — practicing law and serving clients — without the distractions of administrative overhead.
