WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking dedicated LPNs for Long-Term Care positions to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. As an LPN in Long-Term Care, your responsibilities will include :

• Administering prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare policies.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families.
• Adhering to safety and infection control standards.
