Antitrust Associate Attorney| $260k–$435k| New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington DC, Palo Alto, Miami, (Hybrid)

An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an experienced M&A associate to join its dynamic team handling complex, high-value transactions across industries such as technology and life sciences. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated public and private company mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Responsibilities :

Serve as lead associate on M&A transactions, from initial structuring through closing.

Draft and negotiate definitive transaction agreements.

Manage all aspects of a strategic transaction, including leading the M&A team and supervising junior associates.

Coordinate with subject matter experts across multiple practice areas.

Manage client relationships and lead negotiations with counterparties.

Qualifications :

3-8 years of M&A experience, with a strong track record in public and / or private company transactions.

• Licensed to practice in Florida, New York, DC, Washington, or California.

Prior experience as lead associate on transactions strongly preferred.

Superior academic credentials and / or large law firm experience.

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
