Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service in a high-volume contact center by handling back-to-back inbound calls

Support customers through complex and emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

Manage multiple systems while resolving inquiries accurately and meeting productivity and quality goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust during tough conversations

Accountability and reliability in meeting schedule expectations and taking ownership of work

Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot online issues

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection

Experience in a customer service or contact center environment is preferred
