We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Assisting in the preparation of meetings, including scheduling and arranging logistics.
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records in our databases.
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks, including filing and organization.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification as an administrative assistant is a plus.Proven experience as an office assistant or similar administrative role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
