Location : Commerce, GA

Salary Range : $120,000 – $140,000

Job Summary :

The Plant Engineer will provide engineering and technical support in various areas to ensure the safety, efficiency, and quality of processes, equipment, and products within the facility.

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure effective execution of the facilities capital investment plan & budget annually
• Develop and maintain the capital project forecast
• Implement and manage multiple simultaneous projects exceeding $1,000,000
• Monitor, track, and report project critical success factors
• Participate in Factory Mutual audits and inspections
• Develop policy compliance auditing methods
• Recommend and approve equipment, modifications, vendors, and contractors
• Set objectives and priorities for projects and maintenance work
• Approve operation and maintenance procedures
• Responsible for HSMS element related to change management for CAPEX
• Coach and mentor engineers on project execution
• Perform physical activities and coordination as required
