This is a remote position.
The Data Entry Coordinator oversees data input processes and ensures smooth workflow across multiple departments. This role includes quality control, training new staff on data protocols, and maintaining consistency across reporting systems.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily data entry operations and assign tasks as needed.
Verify the accuracy of entered data and correct errors promptly.
Develop and maintain standard procedures for data input.
Communicate with department heads to align data priorities.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years of experience in data management or coordination.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with CRM or dealership management software (preferred).
