A company is looking for a Team Leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of Customer Service Associates in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage team performance by setting job expectations, monitoring results, and providing coaching and motivation
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recommend operational improvements to enhance agent performance
Participate in hiring decisions and conduct performance appraisals as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a fast-paced leadership role
Experience in a call center environment is preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, and weekends
Good attendance record and performance metrics in previous roles
