We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help bring exceptional spaces to life.

Job Description

Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation

Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with project plans

Support procurement of materials and services

Attend site meetings and assist with progress reporting

Help maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness

Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle

Contribute to project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably interiors or build-outs

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Passion for high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
