Due to an internal promotion at our main office, we are now seeking a motivated, personable, and customer-focused individual to join our team in Frazee as a Full-Time Universal Banker . This role offers a unique opportunity to build lasting relationships with our customers while growing your career in a dynamic and community-oriented banking environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our banking products and services
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions
  • Assist clients with personal banking needs, including opening new accounts (checking, savings, IRA, HSA, etc.)
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards in accordance with our privacy policy
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required – we're happy to train the right candidate!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and utilize search tools effectively
  • Comfortable working with office equipment and handling cash transactions with accuracy

    • This position requires typical office skills, including computer proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Manual dexterity for handling money and multitasking across systems is essential.
