An orthopedic outpatient practice is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist the clinic starting in May. You will be providing medical care and services independently and collaboratively under the direction and supervision of a physician at the clinic. Apply today!   • Job details :

Assess, diagnose, treat medical and surgical problems in an orthopedic setting

  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and order / perm labs, x-rays, EKGs, etc
  • Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and infection management
  • No weekend hours
  • Setting : outpatient clinic for 100% spine-related cases (initial assessment to post-op)

    • 3 physicians on staff

  • 2 non-surgical APPs and 3 APPs that split time between surgery center and outpatient clinic
  • Multiple RN / MA support staff

    • Required :

  • 1 year of NP or PA-C experience
  • Active IL license

    • Compensation :

  • W2 paycheck - Receive a paycheck every Friday!
