Compensation & Benefits

The total rewards package includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. Salaries are competitive within SaaS and fintech and updated using industry data. New hire offers consider experience, location, and internal pay equity.

Target base salary ranges for this role : US employees : $97,400 - 109,600; Canadian employees : $92,000 - 103,600 CAD.
