This role is responsible for managing and strengthening strategic relationships with pharmaceutical partners, ensuring seamless program delivery and operational success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, optimize processes, and enhance partnership outcomes. The position involves program oversight, contract management, and preparation of business reviews while providing actionable insights to drive client satisfaction. You will lead strategic meetings, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and implement best practices to ensure efficiency and innovation in program delivery. Accountabilities :

• Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring program services and operational performance meet expectations.
• Lead program development and implementation, coordinating milestones, work plans, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee contractual agreements, storage, and adherence to policies, procedures, and business rules documents.
• Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and client-facing presentations.
• Identify operational improvements and recommend efficiency-enhancing solutions.
• Respond to, resolve, and escalate issues promptly while ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Lead and support strategic meetings, summits, and partnership engagements with pharma partners.
