We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly.

About the role We are looking for a talented Communications & PR Manager to join our team. You will represent the voice of our company’s subject matter expertise in the industry and will be responsible for research, planning, and end-to-end execution of technical and non-technical communications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design and Sales.

Responsibilities Serve as a member of the organizational leadership team with a shared responsibility to develop and execute long-range plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives

Determine and manage the communications budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate reporting

Develop a robust corporate communications strategy to enhance the company's reputation and stakeholder relationships

Ensure a clear, compelling, consistent brand image and message across all platforms, emphasizing the organization’s thought leadership

Proactively manage media relations to enhance positive coverage and manage crisis communication effectively

Oversee internal communication initiatives to ensure a cohesive and informed workforce

Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and executive team on communication matters

Develop and deliver executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and talking points

Requirements At least 8+ years of increasing responsibility in communications, with a proven track record of success in designing and executing communications strategies for new technologies

Strong track record of designing and executing communications strategies that generate visibility credibility, and thought leadership

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Experience translating complex data and analysis into accessible and persuasive narratives

Outstanding relationship-building skills with diverse external constituencies, including media, bloggers, and influencers. Experience pitching and placing stories

Nice to have Background in journalism, public relations, public affairs, and / or communications experience

Proven experience in a senior communications role within the technology industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team

Strategic mindset with the ability to align communication efforts with business objectives

The salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually.
