Job Summary
The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading national brand storytelling, social media strategy, partnership development, and franchisee marketing support. This role balances high-level strategy leadership with hands-on execution across brand campaigns, presale studio support, and marketing operations. The Director of Marketing will collaborate closely with the CMO, Franchise Marketing Manager, Creative team, Operations, and franchisees to ensure compelling brand visibility, scalable campaigns and measurable growth for both national brand and local studios.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 3 days working in office and 2 days working remote.
Essential Duties
1. Brand Visibility & Storytelling
- Own storytelling and messaging across all brand channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and new brand elevation standards.
- Manage and guide the copywriter to elevate messaging sophistication
- Lead execution of the national social media strategy in partnership with the creative team and CMO.
2. Social Media & National Influencer Strategy
Manage national social media calendar development and posting.Oversee consumer social media content creation across Meta, TikTok, Youtube, Linked In ensuring platform-specific copy and creative.Manage National Influencer programEnsure blog content is amplified across social media platforms and integrated into campaignsSupport the CMO with PR strategy execution by identifying and recommending human interest member success storiesOversee the website content updates for the press page, blog, and promotions3. Campaign Management
Collaborate with Franchise Marketing Manager to integrate local and national marketing campaigns into Monthly Execution GuidesLead creation of monthly campaign creative and copy (email, print, social, blog, push notifications)4. Strategic Partnerships
Facilitate national partnership activations and oversee related social media executionManage regional partnership facilitation with franchisees5. Local Studio Marketing Support
Create and manage the Local Ambassador programOwn creation of digital ad copy and assets for local digital campaignsOversee Presale studio marketing support, kick off, and presale marketing strategy6. Culture and Employee Engagement :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field5-10 years of marketing experience, with leadership roles in multi-location, franchise environmentsProven track record of executing large-scale campaigns, social media strategy, and partnership activationsStrong background in digital marketing, PR, and influencer programsExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersExperience managing agencies, creative teams, and cross-functional teams.Analytical skills to measure, report, and optimize marketing performanceStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present effectively across levels.Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift objects up to 10 pounds at times.Job duties may require work and availability outside normal working hours.May require flexibility to adjust work schedule from time to time to work early or later than regular schedule.Flexible work from home options available.
