Visiting Professor in HR Management

A company is looking for a Visiting Professor for HR Management in the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus that includes terminal course objectives

Organize, prepare, and regularly update all course materials using appropriate technological options

Set clear expectations for the course and ensure alignment of exam content with course objectives

Required Qualifications :

A Doctoral degree in Human Resources Management or a related field with at least 15 graduate-level credit hours in the subject

SHRM SCP or CP preferred

Credentials must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Subject matter expertise and outstanding motivational skills in a diverse environment

Ability to work collaboratively and facilitate efforts among diverse groups
