Hourly Compensation : $27.00 / hour (USD), Non-Exempt, Overtime Eligible
(This is a fixed hourly wage rate. No wage range exists).

Assist staff with expediting problem payments (e.g., problems processing credit card)Follow up on guest-related issuesProcess all guest check-ins, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, debit, or credit cardsAnticipate sold-out situations and obtain satisfactory alternative accommodationsBlock rooms in the system and identify designated requirementsCoordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-inCount bank at the beginning and end of shiftAssist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employeesAnticipate and address guests’ service needs in a professional, positive mannerAssist Valet Parking operation during peak periodsMove, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds with or without assistanceAddress guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.Assist management in screening resumes, conducting interviews and selecting new hourly hires using selection tools and systems as-neededEnsure that hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the jobAssist management in counseling / mentoring hourly employees on work related concerns and issues to ensure satisfaction and productivityAssist management in preparing work schedules of hourly employees as-neededServe as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job dutiesAccept and record wake-up call requests and deliver to appropriate departmentProtect the privacy and security of guests and coworkersMaintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and informationQUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or GED1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional areaMust be able to write, type, and verbally communicate clearly and proficiently in English, and while utilizing phone and computer systemsProficient computer skillsAbility to de-escalate dynamic situationsAbility to perform job duties while demonstrating customer service skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentOR
